I purchased a kit for my brother's birthday. Mike was great at communicating from the very start. Given the cold weather, Mike reached out to me to ensure the delivery date and time worked so that the plants would survive. When he learned that this was a gift for my brother, he went out of his way to carefully gift wrap and attach a happy birthday balloon. He also included a birthday card for my brother and free a white polka dot plant as an additional birthday gift.

The kit was packaged very carefully, with a heat pack to ensure the plants would survive. I cannot recommend Terrarium Kit enough! The service and product make it clear that this small Canadian business is passionate about terrariums and its service to clients. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
