My glass terrarium arrived in pieces despite all the bubble wrap, crinkle paper packaging and a box covered in “fragile” stickers. I sent a few pictures to Mike for reference and he immediately sent a replacement which arrived safely and in one piece. Great customer service!

I bought a terrarium kit for my girlfriend and it came out amazing. It is perfect for her office at work. Mike was exceptional throughout the process. He communicated to me well in advance to make sure it came in on time for my girlfriend's birthday.
