I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say that Mike & the team were fantastic, I was concerned that as I was going camping, my plants that I had ordered may die before I return. Mike was amazing with his communication. He made sure to delay the delivery, and kept up the communication the whole time it was in transit.

The Terrarium kit, was fantastic. This was my first time setting up and it couldn’t have been easier, the instruction was very easy and simple to follow. The plants are currently thriving and look amazing on my window sill.

I just set up my terrarium and I LOVE it!! It all arrived perfectly - the packaging was great and kept everything in good condition. And it was SUCH a nice touch to get a handwritten message to go along with it (and even a couple of extra little things thrown in!). It was great to get a couple of emails before it arrived and after to let me know how to best take care of the little plants. The whole experience of unboxing it and putting it all together was exceptional and now I have a super cute terrarium that makes me so happy to look at! I purchased a kit for my brother's birthday. Mike was great at communicating from the very start. Given the cold weather, Mike reached out to me to ensure the delivery date and time worked so that the plants would survive. When he learned that this was a gift for my brother, he went out of his way to carefully gift wrap and attach a happy birthday balloon. He also included a birthday card for my brother and free a white polka dot plant as an additional birthday gift.

The kit was packaged very carefully, with a heat pack to ensure the plants would survive. I cannot recommend Terrarium Kit enough! The service and product make it clear that this small Canadian business is passionate about terrariums and its service to clients. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
